Classes are designed to work with different body types using various types of props and techniques to transform the bodies. Hence, you do not need to be flexible or balanced to join. We will work on that together!
Alignment – Fundamental
This class is suitable for continuing beginners or students who want to focus on the foundation of the practice. Students will be guided step-by-step through the fundamental postures and actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, and forward bending. Inversions are introduced and refined.
Alignment – Open Level
This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for those with more experience. It includes a variety of postures, such as inversions, seated poses, twists, forward bends, and backbends, allowing everyone to deepen their practice at their own pace. Additionally, restorative and supported postures are blended in to soothe the nervous system, alleviate tension and rest the body.
