Classes are designed to work with different body types using various types of props and techniques to transform the bodies. Hence, you do not need to be flexible or balanced to join. We will work on that together!
Alignment – Fundamental
This class is suitable for continuing beginners or students who want to focus on the foundation of the practice. Students will be guided step-by-step through the fundamental postures and actions within standing poses, seated poses, twists, and forward bending. Inversions such as Halasana (plow pose) and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) are introduced and refined.
Alignment – Energy Refresh
This class is suitable for students at all levels. Students will be guided through sequences of active and balancing postures (asanas) that help reboot energy, develop strength and flexibility, stamina and concentration, and correct body alignment. Inversions are introduced and refined based on each student's levels of practice.
Alignment – Restorative
This class is most suitable for students who have consistant practice of active asanas while still providing benefits to students of all levels. The class offers rejuvenating and supported postures that soothe the nervous system, alleviate tension and rest the organic body.
